Solution Manager is a SoftwareX application for Smartsheet Solution Administrators and Creators. It provides a suite of tools to apply bulk updates, permissions, and actions across multiple sheets and assets at once.
Who it's for
Solution Manager is built for Smartsheet system administrators and solution builders — the people creating and maintaining the sheets, workspaces, and solutions that others use. It is not an end-user product.
Solution Manager is available to all Smartsheet users in the US region. You can start a free plan without entering payment details. After logging in with your Smartsheet credentials, select a tool from the sidebar or navigate to the pricing page to view paid plan options.
Solution Manager users can deploy changes to assets owned by users within their plan.
Security
Solution Manager handles and transforms Smartsheet data but does not log or store customer data. Authentication uses an OAuth flow — you log in with your Smartsheet credentials, inheriting any two-factor authentication or SSO policies set by your system administrator.
SoftwareX stores only basic account details such as name and email in a secure, non-public database. No Smartsheet content is retained.
