Getting started and Sys Admin configuration

Steps to configure System Administrators for Heimdall DLP on your Smartsheet plan.

Before you begin, make sure your plan meets the requirements in Prerequisites.

  1. Select one Sys Admin per plan to begin initial configuration.
  2. Log in to the SoftwareX Heimdall DLP application at apps.thesoftwarex.com/dlp.
  3. Go to the Admin Configuration screen.
  4. Enter the Sys Admin Key and select Continue.
  5. Enlist remaining Sys Admins from your plan listed in the Needs Configuration section and repeat steps 2–4.

Once configuration is complete, continue to Classify and build your rules.
