Within the Heimdall DLP app

  • Configuration Home screen: View and edit rule summaries.
  • Violations screen: Review visual summaries of triggered rules and a feed of each data violation.

Outside of the Heimdall DLP app

  • Email notifications: Recipients in configured rules receive emails from apps@thesoftwarex.com when a rule is triggered, including asset details, ID, triggering user, and sheet link (if applicable).
  • Smartsheet app: Access and review the asset's activity log and data to further investigate triggered events.
